Purpose:·
Implement and comply with Project Procedures and ensure their use on EPF Contracts.
Assist Contract Administrator in proposal evaluation.
Assist in the Implementation of the Contract General and Special Conditions.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for:
Undertake the Interim Measurement of Installed Quantities in conjunction with the Contractors QS
Monitor Day Work returns by method of Recording/Reconciliation
Monitor all Cost Plus remuneration to Contractor
Participate in Contractor and Company Audits.
Participate in Commercial and Progress meetings.
Participate in the compilation of Milestone Payment Certificates and Contractor Invoices.
Prepare reports and undertakes input of data into IMIS
Quantification of Variation Orders, and site Variable items (in conjunction with Contract Administrator)
Assisting the Contract Administrator in the control of all contractual, commercial and financial aspects of the contract, including:
Preparation of Change Orders and Contract Amendments-
Preparation of Milestone Payment Certificates, review Contractor Verification of Final Account Valuation Certificates
Preparation of Cost Reports
Assessment of Claims from Contractor
Final Account and Close-Out of Contract·
Works as part of Commercial Team reporting to Contract Administrator and supporting Cost Engineer
Deputizes for colleagues while on rotation leave
Staff Responsibilities:
Assist as required in the management, administration and training of other offshore MET and site ECMT personnel/systems/activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
Engineering or Quantity Surveying Degree/Qualification or equivalent.
Relevant experience in Onshore and Offshore Petrochemical Projects
Relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor on Construction Projects
Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:·
Familiar with Corporate Contracts Procedures / Process Maps.
Familiar with Contract Management and associated software tools.
Familiar with the Contracting aspects of Offshore facilities and Onshore installation.

Base Salary approx. £65k
Base work week is 40 hours (approved overtime possible)
15% uplift on Base Salary
No formal rotation
