Brief: Quantity Surveyor required by this client to assist Contract Administrator. Job Specification:- Purpose:· Implement and comply with Project Procedures and ensure their use on EPF Contracts. Assist Contract Administrator in proposal evaluation. Assist in the Implementation of the Contract General and Special Conditions. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: Undertake the Interim Measurement of Installed Quantities in conjunction with the Contractors QS Monitor Day Work returns by method of Recording/Reconciliation Monitor all Cost Plus remuneration to Contractor Participate in Contractor and Company Audits.
