The buildings are maintenance workshops, canteen, substation, local infrastructure and later a laboratory.
All work will be contracted out to local contractors.
The company is providing the technical supervision team that will cover engineering supervision, cost control/ valuations/QS duties and project planning. The company is applying a strong partnering approach with the local contractors in order to successfully complete the project. The initial team is established on site, the second team will work back to back with them.

The ideal man should be a strong 'hands-on' Construction Manager who has experience in heavy civils (ideally worked on steel rolling mills), with good capability in man-management, co-ordination and motivation skills.
